Review and detail shop drawings for construction plan.

Estimate material requirement and cost, and present design to client for approval.

Select or design, and purchase furnishings, ranging from tile, stone, appliances and furniture, wall coverings and fabric,  artworks and accessories.

Use computer aided drafting(CAD) and 3D to produce construction document.
